Our ideal candidates will be highly self motivated and will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ full life-cycle recruiting experience in a recruitment firm and have prior experience managing multiple job orders and diverse personalities.
You must be adept at developing candidate pipelines using both creative and traditional initiatives.
A successful candidate must be a highly organized and a lifelong learner with exceptional communication skills, proficiency with various IT platforms and CRM systems.
